Turkey, Veggie & Cheese Lentil Wrap:
Ingredients:
1 C Dry Lentils, Soaked 4 hrs. or overnight
Filling Ingredients:
Turkey (I used my canned Turkey), Hummus (1/3 C), Greenery-chopped (1 C), Pickles, 1 Avocado-sliced, Cheese of Choice-shredded or broken into small pieces (1/4 C)- (I used Dutch Country Mozzarella Cheese), Onions, chopped (1/4 C), Bell Peppers, Chopped (1/4 C), Mushrooms, chopped (1/4 C), Black Olives-sliced (1/4 C), Lemon juice (1 T), Oil (1 T), Vinegar of Choice (1 T)- (I used AC Vinegar, Salt, Spices to taste.
Dip: Cream Cheese (2 T), Sour Cream (1/3 C), Garlic (1 Clove)-Chopped, Spices to taste
