• Our Bath Teas are a wonderful way to unwind at the end of a long day in your bath tub or just as a foot soak. The bath salts in a Muslin Drawstring tea bag is ready to join you when you are ready to take the plunge for a relaxing aromatic experience to rejuvenate and restore the body and mind: Relaxation at its finest! Benefits of Magnesium in our bath salts: Helps you sleep: Through the stresses of life, magnesium is drained from the body. The average person is already deficient in magnesium, so this draining removes even the small amount a person has in store. Magnesium helps to produce the calming effect gotten from serotonin. The result of bathing in Epsom Salt and absorbing the magnesium are: improved sleep, concentration, and relaxed muscles. A wonderful recipe for peaceful sleep! • Directions for use: Add your bath salts to Muslin tea bag. Toss into Hot water in bath or Hang from the faucet and allow hot water to run through the bag. Or place bag in bath under very warm running water, squeezing bag. Relax and soak for 15 – 20 minutes. When finished with bag, empty contents, compost, rinse bag and allow to dry. These bath teas bring healthful benefits both through the skin and by breathing in the pure scents. No time for a bath? No tub? Bath Teas can all be used as foot baths or facial steams for positive effects. A basin of hot water and a towel are all you need! Relax & Enjoy! • Simple yet Effective Solid Bar Dish Soap Made with Organic Coconut Oil, Water, Lye, EO: Lavender, Orange and Mint.
• Simply rub your cloth, sponge or scrub brush across the soap. You don’t need a lot of water in your basin. Wet your item to be cleaned, dampen your cloth and rub a dub! Then rinse. Don’t rinse off your cleaning cloth, sponge or brush after cleaning your item. Use those left over suds for the next dish to be washed. Leave soap in container to dry in between dish washing sessions. Enjoy!

• {How to Use} Bath Tea: Fill muslin bag with 1/2 cup of herbs. Hang from the faucet and allow hot water to run through the bag. Or place bag in bath under very warm running water, squeezing bag. Relax and soak for 15 – 20 minutes. When finished with bag, empty contents, compost, rinse bag and allow to dry.
  
  {How to Use} Facial Steam: Place 1/4 cup of herbs into muslin bag. Place bag in pot or 3 qt. sized vessel/bowl. Pour 2 qt. boiling water over herbs. Cover and steep 10 minutes. Allow water to cool slightly to make sure steam is not to hot. Place the vessel on a heatproof surface where you can comfortably sit and holding your head approx. 12 inches from vessel, drape a large towel over head and bowl to capture steaming herbal water. Allow steam to bathe your skin for a min. or so, then raise your head to take in fresh air. Repeat this process for a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes. You can lift a corner to let in a little cool air if it gets too hot. As the herbs steep, the rising steam will open your pores and carry the aromatic herbal oils your skin. Splash face with cool water, to close your pores, and pat dry. When finished with bag, empty contents, compost, rinse bag and allow to dry. If your skin is extremely dry, apply a body butter for extra moisturizing benefits.
  
  Disclaimer/Notes: If you are on medications, have a medical/heart condition, pregnant or nursing, consult your health care provider before using products containing Herbs or Essential oils or before beginning a new bathing routine. If you have persistent skin rashes or conditions, super sensitive or damaged skin, herbal steams can be irritating and should be avoided unless suggested by a health care provider. Keep cool drinking water nearby. Do not do steams too long or too often. Listen to your body/skin. Stop steaming if you feel light headed or dizzy during steaming or get out of tub slowly if bathing. Rest and drink water. If you do not feel better soon, seek medical advice.
