• This is our All natural Body, Soul & Mind bath herbs and facial steam (1, 2, 4, or 8 oz). Reusable Cotton Muslin Bag is included. Take your bathing routine to a new level! Soaking in a warm, fragrant herbal bath provides a tranquil and relaxing place to unwind and be still. It can help to clear your mind, Nourish your soul, and promote a soothing environment for your body.
• Sweet Garden Blend: Herbs: Burdock Root, Peppermint, Yarrow, Sage, Rosemary, Lemongrass, Calendula, Licorice Root, Red Clover, Nettle, Lemon Balm, Comfrey, Mullien, Dandelion Root, Fennel Seed, Lavender, Rose petal, orange peel, Echinacea, Chamomile, Sweet Annie, EO: Lavender, peppermint, lime, bergamot, ylang ylang, frankincense.
  
  Congestion Relief Blend: Herbs: Eucalyptus, Thyme, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sage, Juniper Berries, Chamomile, Yarrow. EO: Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Tea Tree.
  
  Soothing Skin Blend: Lemon Balm, Calendula, Marsh Mallow Root, Elderflowers, Dandelion, Oatmeal, Pink Himalayan Salt.
  
  Nighty Night Blend: Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Passion flower, Lavender, Rose Petals, Hops, Valerian Root.  
• {How to Use} Bath Tea: Fill muslin bag with 1/2 cup of herbs. Hang from the faucet and allow hot water to run through the bag. Or place bag in bath under very warm running water, squeezing bag. Relax and soak for 15 – 20 minutes. When finished with bag, empty contents, compost, rinse bag and allow to dry.
  
  {How to Use} Facial Steam: Place 1/4 cup of herbs into muslin bag. Place bag in pot or 3 qt. sized vessel/bowl. Pour 2 qt. boiling water over herbs. Cover and steep 10 minutes. Allow water to cool slightly to make sure steam is not to hot. Place the vessel on a heatproof surface where you can comfortably sit and holding your head approx. 12 inches from vessel, drape a large towel over head and bowl to capture steaming herbal water. Allow steam to bathe your skin for a min. or so, then raise your head to take in fresh air. Repeat this process for a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes. You can lift a corner to let in a little cool air if it gets too hot. As the herbs steep, the rising steam will open your pores and carry the aromatic herbal oils your skin. Splash face with cool water, to close your pores, and pat dry. When finished with bag, empty contents, compost, rinse bag and allow to dry. If your skin is extremely dry, apply a body butter for extra moisturizing benefits.
  
  Disclaimer/Notes: If you are on medications, have a medical/heart condition, pregnant or nursing, consult your health care provider before using products containing Herbs or Essential oils or before beginning a new bathing routine. If you have persistent skin rashes or conditions, super sensitive or damaged skin, herbal steams can be irritating and should be avoided unless suggested by a health care provider. Keep cool drinking water nearby. Do not do steams too long or too often. Listen to your body/skin. Stop steaming if you feel light headed or dizzy during steaming or get out of tub slowly if bathing. Rest and drink water. If you do not feel better soon, seek medical advice.
