Time to take a deep breath, relax and rejuvenate with this all natural Herbal Facial Steam.{1 oz}
Approx. 2 cups.

Nourishing Herbal Ingredients: {Dried Herbs: Calendula flowers, Comfrey leaf, Mint leaf, Chamomile flowers, Rose petals, Sage, Lavender}

{How to use:}
Start with a clean face.
Add 2 Tb spoons of herbs to 1 quart of boiling water. Allow herbs to steep in water for five minutes. Allow water to cool slightly to make sure steam is not to hot. With your hair tied back, put your head over the steam and cover with a large towel for 5-7 minutes. Don't put your head too close to pot, no closer than 10-12 inches.

Allow steam to bathe your skin for a min. or so, then raise your head to take in fresh air.
Repeat this process for a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes.
You can lift a corner to let in a little cool air if it gets too hot.
As the herbs steep, the rising steam will open your pores and carry the aromatic herbal oils your skin.
Splash face with cool water, to close your pores, and pat dry.
When you are done, you can apply a toner to finish your beauty regimen.

If your skin is extremely dry, apply a body butter for extra moisturizing benefits.
