Yields: 4 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
 * 4 slices Laura Rhodes Naturals Whole Wheat Bread
 * 2 large Farm Fresh Eggs
 * 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy, your preference)
 * 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 * 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
 * Butter, for serving
 * Maple Syrup or your favorite syrup, for serving
 * Optional: Fresh fruit toppings (berries, sliced bananas, etc.)
 * Optional: Fried egg, for serving
Instructions:
 * Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a shallow dish or pie plate, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon until well combined.
 * Soak the Bread: Place one slice of Laura Rhodes Naturals Whole Wheat Bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for about 20-30 seconds per side, or until fully saturated but not soggy. Repeat with the remaining bread slices.
 * Heat the Pan: Heat the coconut oil in a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
 * Cook the French Toast: Once the oil is shimmering, carefully place the soaked bread slices into the hot pan. Cook for 2-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
 * Serve: As each piece of French toast is cooked, immediately transfer it to a plate and spread a small amount of butter on top.
 * Garnish and Enjoy: Pour maple syrup (or your favorite syrup) generously over the French toast. Add fresh fruit toppings if desired. For an extra boost of protein and flavor, top with a freshly fried egg.
