Different designs will be priced on a case by case basis.}; ----------------------------------★----------------------------------★; ◄When should I place my order?; We recommend ordering all "Made to Order" items approximately 3-4 weeks before the date you need your order and all "Ready to Ship" items 1 week before the date you need your order. Items usually arrive sooner than that, we just want you to be allow ample time for our production & delivery. There is never guarantee a delivery date 100% due to unforeseen issues that can arise during production or with the shipping/postal service.
◄How long does it take to get my order?: Ready to Ship items ship within 1-3 business days. Made to Order items ship anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks (depending on the intricacy or size of order). Special Events it is recommended to place order several months in advance.
◄Do you have a local pickup code?: You may use coupon code LocalCustomerShipFree at checkout. You must be able to pickup in one of the locations I have available to meet (contact me first if you need this info).

▼What is your return policy?: Given the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. ◄Can you include a gift note with my order?: Definitely! Just leave the message you want in the gift note when you order during checkout. This can be done for free. If you would like the item gift wrapped, it can be done with a gift wrap upgrade for a fee, depending on size of object and how fancy you want to get with gift wrap.
