4 large eggs
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
2 tbsp water
6 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese slices, spinach, and optional toppings (like red pepper flakes or fresh tomatoes)

Because coconut flour is highly absorbent and relies on eggs for structure, managing moisture is key when prepping ahead.
For Later in the Day: You can easily mix the batter, shape it onto your parchment-lined pan, and keep it covered in the refrigerator for a few hours before baking. Alternatively, you can pre-bake the crusts (Step 3) earlier in the day, let them cool completely on the counter, and leave them covered. When ready to eat, simply top them and pop them under the broiler.
For Days Ahead (Freezing/Refrigerating): The best method for long-term prep is to pre-bake the crusts completely through Step 3. Let them cool entirely so no steam gets trapped, then stack them with a sheet of parchment paper in between to prevent sticking. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or place them in a freezer-safe bag. They will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you're ready to make pizza, top the crusts directly from the fridge or freezer (no need to thaw frozen ones!) and broil until hot and melted.
