There is nothing quite like the smell of a fresh, hot pizza baking in the oven. But let’s be honest—between mixing the dough, waiting for the rise, and dealing with a messy flour-covered counter, making pizza from scratch on a busy weeknight isn’t always on the menu.
That is why we are so excited to introduce our Artisan Par-Baked Personal Whole Wheat Pizza Crusts, which can be ordered on our online farmer's market!
We’ve taken care of the hard part—the kneading, the proofing, and the initial bake on a hot stone—so you can get a perfect, crispy, gourmet pizza on your table in under 10 minutes.
Perfectly Portion-Sized: Each order comes with two 6 to 8 inch personal crusts. They are the perfect size for kids to decorate, for a quick solo lunch, or for a fun "build-your-own-pizza" date night.
The Perfect Par-Bake: We bake our crusts to the perfect point of "just-done" structure. This means when you bake them at home with your favorite toppings, the crust gets beautifully golden and shatter-crisp—never soggy or tough.
Thoughtfully Packaged: Your crusts are cooled completely, sealed for freshness, and delivered in a classic personal pizza box. They look great, stay fresh, and are ready for the fridge, freezer, or oven!
Bringing the pizzeria experience into your kitchen is incredibly simple. Here is how to do it:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). For the absolute crispiest crust, you can put a baking sheet in the oven while it heats, but baking directly on your oven rack works beautifully too!
Take your crusts out of the box and get creative! Spread a thin layer of your favorite marinara, pesto, or garlic olive oil. Add a handful of shredded mozzarella and whatever toppings your heart desires (we love fresh garden herbs, sliced tomatoes, and a drizzle of honey).
Place your topped pizza directly on the middle oven rack (or on your preheated baking sheet). Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the cheese is hot, bubbly, and starting to brown on top.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
We are baking these fresh to order. If you want to make dinner a breeze this week, head over to our online market page and add a box (or two!) of our personal pizza crusts to your cart.

When life gives you a frustrating orchard harvest, turn it into pantry gold! Today on the homestead, we faced a classic gardener’s dilemma: a massive bucket of backyard nectarines that needed immediate attention and a handful of fresh pears ready to be used. Instead of letting them go to waste, we cooked up a beautiful, spiced "Harvest Orchard" pie filling that yielded ten gorgeous pints. Inside this post, I’m sharing our scaled-up, water-bath-safe recipe, along with easy tips for swapping citrus and supplementing with whatever surprise fruit your orchard throws at you this week!
