South African Red Rooibos Tea Loose Organic one oz

This listing is for organic loose Red Rooibos tea sold by the oz. This is a red tea and does not contain caffeine. It is high in levels of antioxidants and has been known to assist with nervous tension, allergies and digestive problems. Flavonoids in rooibos tea have been known to have cancer fighting qualities.

Brew as little or as much as you like in its loose form which can be used over again.

How to Brew Red Rooibos Tea

The Vessel: Teapot, French Press, or Vessel of your choosing.

Amount to use: Put 1 to 1.5 teaspoon of tea leaves into the teapot for every 8 oz. (236 ml) of water.

Water Temp: Fill the teapot with Boiling Water. Keep water hot for entire steeping time.

Time: Place the lid on the teapot and let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes.

Pour the tea into the teacups and enjoy!
