  • To make: 1-2 tsp to a cup (a tea bag), Pour boiling water over herbs, steep 5-10 min. If you are brewing tea loose and don't have a tea bag- strain (You could pour in a coffee maker with reusable strainer or use a French Press). Blends containing roots tend to take longer to steep (Your tea can be used at least twice, perhaps three times. Just steep a little longer each time. Different herbs steep at different times, so do your homework for specific herbs. {As with any product containing herbs, please consult your physician for advice about consuming when pregnant, nursing or on medication.}
